I’m Melissa — stay-at-home mom of 3, wife, and fellow Jesus lover — and I get how exhausting motherhood can be. It can feel like there’s never enough time to grow with God, or even know where to start for ourselves let alone how to raise our kids with God.
I spent years living in defeat, believing the lies of the enemy — that God wasn’t really for me, that He didn’t care, or that He was answering everyone else’s prayers but mine. I was lonely, overwhelmed, and depressed. I spent years believing I was powerless and o whatever will be will be and God was going to do just whatever He was going to do.
Then everything changed when God made himself alive to me. I began to fall in love with Him for the first time as He opened up a whole new way of living with Him and not separate from Him. He taught me that His Word was true, and I have a Bible full of promises that can carry me out of defeat into victory, fear into freedom, and lies into Truth.I realized that God was for me and not against me, and that I didn't have to listen to all of the lies of the enemy because he was already defeated. I can walk in victory with Jesus — and so can you.
When God made Himself alive to me, I made a choice to jump all in and learn everything I could about who He was, who He said I am and how to walk in victory in Christ. I found a real, personal relationship with Him — one that brings peace, joy, and power in the middle of motherhood. I’ve learned how to raise kids to know Jesus, how to make consistent time for God even when life is messy, and how to walk confidently in my identity and authority in Christ.
This podcast is for moms who are ready to experience that same life. Here, we’ll explore how to have a deeper, personal connection with God, walk in His victory every day, and raise our children to know Him too. You’ll hear encouragement, stories, and practical ways to live in His power — all designed to help you stop surviving and start thriving in motherhood and faith.
